During these unprecedented times dont let your baby miss out on experiences, join us via zoom for our popular baby massage or yoga class from the comfort of your own home.
Online virtual baby yoga sessions from the comfort of your own home, drop in sessions, suitable for babies 8 weeks-pre crawling. Our classes are baby centred, gentle and fun experiences for you and your baby, created with your baby’s physical and cognitive development in mind. Yoga is a lovely bonding experience for you and your baby and you will learn moves and strokes you can practice at home. These sessions are slightly different to the classes as we will focus on baby yoga rather than moves for mums. We will begin with some rhythmic baby massage strokes and move onto plenty of lovely baby stretches and moves together with songs and rhymes.
As you wont have all my usual toys and props I will send you some suggestions of things you may have around the house to use. Sessions are 40 minutes long with time for chat to get to know others.

The online classes I’ve done during lockdown have been a lovely sense of normality. It was great seeing familiar faces and singing familiar songs and really lifted my spirits. It’s almost as if Sarah is there with you…but without the date balls and juice!
We really enjoyed being able to carry on with our baby yoga class online after the coronavirus lockdown. It was lovely to see everyone’s faces every week and join in with all of the songs and stretches from the comfort of our own home.
Loved the class – made me realise how much I have missed baby classes these last few weeks!

Online virtual baby massage 4 week course with all the usual benefits of baby massage from the comfort of your own home. Baby massage builds up a variety of soothing holds and rhythmic strokes each week carefully designed for use with young babies over the entire body with the use of songs and rhymes. Baby massage is baby led and we follow the babies’ cues to ensure it is an enjoyable experience for you and your baby.
Each session lasts 40 minutes and you will be included into a whats app group to chat, share experiences and tips with each other. You will need to source some oil to use, ideally organic sunflower oil or any baby safe oil or lotion, alternatively you can dry massage without oil. (Click here for more information) You will be emailed handouts to use in between sessions as I recommend regular massage. Suitable for babies 4 weeks-6 months.

Thank you so much for making this class virtual so we could still take part. I absolutely loved it.
I wanted to learn baby massage because I wanted to incorporate it into Rocko’s bed time routine. I read that it helps with wind, digestion, relaxation and bonding. I chose Sarah because you came highly recommended by friends.
I would have enjoyed 6 weeks like the regular classes because I enjoyed it so much, but 4 was fab. Delivery and speed was perfect.
Thanks so much for your baby massage course, which I really enjoyed attending with my daughter Rosie. I did baby massage with my first child and so I was keen to do it again with my second.
Whilst it’s currently not possible to attend any mum and baby sessions in person, it is nice to have the opportunity to join in on-line. I found the course was well organised, easy to follow and I’ve learnt some great massage techniques. Your communication and handouts were also spot on!
I would happily recommend this course to my mum friends and look forward to trying your baby yoga course very soon.
Thank you for the baby massage course, we really enjoyed it!
We booked onto the course as we were keen to try baby massage after hearing how wonderful it can be to soothe babies ! I was recommended yourself by a friend. 🙂
Yes it was great! I was a little apprehensive at first as to how it would run but really enjoyed it.
Thoroughly enjoyable 4 week session! Can’t wait once things are back to normal to hopefully come along in person for some tea and cake! Looking forward to the next online course.
We would love to join in baby yoga so will get signed up! Thanks again.
I’ve been doing virtual baby yoga with Nurturing Beginnings for a couple of weeks now and me and my 11 week old son love it! Sarah combines songs and stretches for your baby with a added bit of massage. It’s also so lovely to get to see the other mums and babies via zoom. Something we look forward to each week.
